I've been going to Motoring Specialist for years for all my repairs. It's family owned. The owner is very nice. Kaylee and Nathan works up at the front desk and they have been at the shop for awhile as well! Whether it's just an oil change or something else, they always have it done right! They also sent me a screenshot of the parts that needed work on and recommendations. They also offer shuttle service if you need it. I never felt like they tried to upsell me! These guys are the best! I have taken my Volkswagen in multiple times in past years. This time, my 2001 Toyota Tacoma wouldn't pass smog. I had driven the Toyota drive cycle many times, to no avail. Then I got an additional code. They scheduled me to bring the truck in the following morning. By late afternoon I was on the road again. Not only was my issue addressed and corrected at a fair price, then they topped up the fluids, emailed a report with a list of issues according to level of importance, washed the truck (she needed it bad), and left a lovely little gift in the cab! WITH NO UPSELL PRESSURE! I have reviewed them before but I believe it bears repeating: I highly recommend Motoring Specialists for your import needs!

Been coming here 10 years with both Volvo and Toyota. They are very thorough but will tell you whether something needs to be done now or whether it just needs to be monitored. In other words, they don't  look for things to be repaired that don't need to be. Very efficient and even provide a loaner car when available. Came in for a roughly running engine and traction control fault, they were able to diagnose and repair the issue within the working day, plus gave my car a wash. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing auto repair/service.

Great service, they provide an organized report with pictures of your cars condition.  Separating work that needs to be completed immediately, conditions to be monitored over time and systems that are in good shape.  This is a wonderful tool for maintaining your vehicle.
